Pro Tri State is based in Philadelphia, and the whole Delaware Valley is our daily territory, the city, the PA suburbs, South Jersey, and northern Delaware. The same crew and the same flat-rate pricing apply on every job, with dispatch routing around I-95, the Schuylkill, and the Blue Route and timing the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman crossings so the truck isn’t stuck on a bridge at rush hour.
In the city, we work Center City with its high-rise condos, freight elevators, and zero parking; South Philadelphia with its rowhouses, trinities, and narrow streets by the Italian Market; Fishtown and Northern Liberties with their rehabbed rowhomes off Frankford Avenue; and Manayunk, where the steep hills and tight Main Street parking are a job all their own. Across the bridges we cover Cherry Hill, NJ, the suburban single-family homes off Route 70, and Wilmington, DE, with its Trolley Square colonials and tax-free corporate relocations. North and west we run Bensalem out in Bucks County and Media, the Delaware County seat.
