Pro Tri State is based in Philadelphia, and the whole Delaware Valley is our daily territory — the city, the PA suburbs, South Jersey, and northern Delaware. The same crew and the same flat-rate pricing apply on every job, with dispatch routing around I-95, the Schuylkill, and the Blue Route and timing the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman crossings so the truck isn’t stuck on a bridge at rush hour.
In the city, we work Center City with its high-rise condos, freight elevators, and zero parking; South Philadelphia with its rowhouses, trinities, and narrow streets by the Italian Market; Fishtown and Northern Liberties with their rehabbed rowhomes off Frankford Avenue; and Manayunk, where the steep hills and tight Main Street parking are a job all their own. Across the bridges we cover Cherry Hill, NJ, the suburban single-family homes off Route 70, and Wilmington, DE, with its Trolley Square colonials and tax-free corporate relocations. North and west we run Bensalem out in Bucks County and Media, the Delaware County seat.
