Gina in our office builds your certificate of insurance to the building’s exact language and clears it with management ahead of time, then we book the freight-elevator window so the crew isn’t standing in the lobby losing your reserved hour. Get that wrong and the doorman turns you away; get it right and the move runs on schedule.
And when there’s no elevator at all
Plenty of Philadelphia apartments are walk-ups carved out of old rowhouses — narrow stairs, tight landings, a turn at every floor. Our crew brings stair-climbers and a plan for it instead of muscling pieces and gouging the plaster. Whether it’s a glass tower on the river or a third-floor unit above a Frankford Avenue storefront, we’ve worked the building type before and we move it the way it’s built to be moved.

How we set the price
Following a short walkthrough or video estimate, we set one flat rate from the inventory you actually have — never an hourly clock. Whatever that sheet reads is the entire price, with nothing tacked on later.
