We help sort what fits the smaller place, coordinate with the senior community’s move-in rules, and handle the certificate of insurance and elevator window most buildings require — in PA, NJ or Delaware, since families here land on all three sides of the river. Often the adult children are running this from out of town, so we keep one point of contact and one clear plan, and we’d rather over-explain the timeline than leave anyone guessing on a stressful week. The goal is a move that feels handled, not one more thing to worry over.

How we set the price
Following a short walkthrough or video estimate, we set one flat rate from the inventory you actually have — never an hourly clock. Whatever that sheet reads is the entire price, with nothing tacked on later.
